Why does extension ladder length differ from actual to nominal?

16ft to 32 ft Nominal Length Extension ladders Have 3 ft overlap actual extended lengths are: 13ft, 17ft, 21ft, 25ft, 29ft.
36ft and 40ft have 4ft and 5ft overlaps, which provide the extended lengths of 32ft and 35ft.

Can you stand on the top of the aluminum sawhorse product?

2ft to 3ft Sawhorse product in height are categorized as Step stool products, so standing on the Top tread is accepted to a height of 3ft.
Sawhorse product over 3 ft in product height – when used as a ladder – standing on the top tread or second tread down from the top is prohibited.

How are Platform ladders referenced for size and height?

We reference the standing platform height as the key for end user reference.

Are parts available for Ladder product?

Limited Part kits are available – not all parts are available.

Why Fiberglass?

Fiberglass is an electrically non-conductive material as opposed to 100% Aluminum Ladders which do conduct electricity.
